Not worth the trip

The Cesear Pena lacks customer service skills he was more worried about selling my trade-in then selling me a vehicle.
A vehicle that is about two years old. Plus he was not taking the price of my trade-in from the actual total cost. I think he thought I was dumb. Not friendly or customer friendly in the context of working a deal to sell you a vehicle its his terms or no terms. I know from experience that the price of the car can be lowered its always some wiggle room. The Cesear Pena did not want to wiggle the amount and was very negative. There are far better dealerships with very friendly sales person then this one. Drive by this dealership at non-stop speed.Cesear Pena needs to be FIRED
